Standards alignment

Making With Code's foundational courses -- MWC1 and MWC2 -- are aligned with the standards sets below. Alignment is tracked across the two courses together, not course by course: a standard may be addressed by a module in either course, and the two are meant to be read as jointly covering the standards, not each on its own.
